Printing recommendations

For optimum results, we recommend you to

• use the right digital paper for the right printing method and end-use
• store papers in controlled humidity and temperature conditions
• use air conditioning in print room and if possible also in paper stock (RH 40–50%, 22°C)
• acclimatise paper several hours in print room before printing – preferably for 24 hours
• unwrap just before printing and rewrap unused material right after printing
• use correct machine settings – preconditioning, transfer and fusing parameters as well as machine speed
• keep printing machine clean and dry
• use re-moistening before online finishing
• use sharp perforating and cutting tools
